1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TAKE A DEV website (takeadev.com), including any product demonstrations, trial sandboxes, and content requests submitted through it (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. What the Service is
TAKE A DEV builds and offers a family of standalone SaaS products — currently Inventory Stock Control, Drug Store System, Queue Management, and Food POS — each aimed at a specific operational job. This website exists to describe those products, let you request a demonstration, and (where available) let you try a live demo sandbox of a product.
A request submitted through this site (for a demo, pricing information, or otherwise) does not by itself create a contract for any product or service. Commercial terms, pricing, service levels, and data-handling commitments for an actual deployment are set out separately, in a written agreement between you and TAKE A DEV, once you decide to move forward.
3. Demo sandboxes
Where a product page offers a live, interactive demo, that demo is provided for evaluation purposes only. Demo environments:
- may reset or clear data periodically, without notice;
- should never be used to enter real customer data, real patient data, real payment details, or any other sensitive information;
- are provided "as is," without the uptime or support commitments that apply to a paid deployment.
4. Pricing
Prices shown on this site are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and are indicative. They may change, and the specific pricing that applies to your business is confirmed in writing before any commercial commitment is made.
5. Intellectual property
The TAKE A DEV name, logo, and the content of this website (text, design, and product screenshots) belong to TAKE A DEV or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use TAKE A DEV's trademarks or content outside of ordinary browsing of this site, without our written permission.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Service, including any demo sandbox, is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAKE A DEV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or a demo environment.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example as our product lineup grows. The version in effect is the one posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date above reflecting the most recent change.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
